- Returns are accepted up to 30 days from delivery date.
- A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns.
- Items must be in original, unused (no cut wires or scratches) condition.
- Custom color or customized fixtures are not eligible for returns.
- Orders of 5 or more of the same light fixture SKU are not eligible for returns. For large orders, we offerΒ finish/color samplesΒ to help with your decision.
- Orders of 10 or more of the same hardware SKU are not eligible for returns.
- All returns require that you request a return.
Description
A hang-straight attachment is used to install a ceiling-mounted fixture with a rod on a sloped ceiling. We offer two styles of hang-straight. Style 1 is designed for use with a rounded canopy, and Style 2 is for a flat canopy. Choose the fixture name and finish associated with the fixture you need a hang-straight for. If a fixture has two extension rods, it will require two hang-straights.Β
Need a hang-straight after an order has shipped?
For Style 1, contact us as we'll need to create a custom order for you to purchase a canopy with a larger hole that fits the hang-straight. The standard canopy's hole is too small.Β For Style 2, the hang-straight screws into the existing canopy with no extra parts.
Details
Style 1 adds 3" to the hanging height of most fixtures, and 2" to the height of "Cap" fixtures. Style 2 adds 2" to the height of those fixtures.
